You may think this page is a little bit out of place on this blog, but there are huge migrations by animals. This migrations can be between different parts of the continent, from Africa to other zones, from other zones to Africa…
This animals include wildebeests, birds, zebras… They move looking for better temperatures. Here we are going to put some examples of this gigantic migrations.
–The great wildebeest migration is an event that happens every year, in this migration, hundreds of wild wildebeests move together through the serengueti ecosystem in search of green pasture.
They all use this route, and it is very beautiful to see it here there is a short video about this.
In the kansaka bat migration we can see more than 10 million fruit bats, they move all together. This is the biggest migration we can find in Africa.
This little animals are attracted by the fruits in Zambia forests, but they arrive in this forests in the final part of October and in December the last bats have gone. We do not know yet were do they come from.

Finally, we are going to talk about The Zebra Migration.
This happens in January, when rain transforms Botsuana into a green pasture, and also in the perfect place for the 40.000 zebras that migrate every year, with the hope of getting fatter until the following year.
