The origin of human beings
As you probably know, the most accepted theory says that the human beings appeared at first in Africa. This was the first African migration.
50.000 years ago, a group of male and female homo sapiens left the African continent, looking for food and milder temperatures. They were survivors of the last ice age.
They reached firstly Asia, in the South-East part of the continent, and then, Europe, then, they went to Australia and finally, they reached America walking on the ice in the Bering Straight in the Pacific Ocean only 15.000 years ago!

It is funny to think that Africa now is an extremely poor continent, but probably without it, we would not exist!
